I am now accepting new clients for Telehealth Therapy.

Life can be complex, even when we’re doing our best. When anxiety, trauma, or depression begin to take hold, the weight of everyday life can feel impossible to carry alone. My role as a therapist is to offer a space of genuine warmth and understanding—free of judgment—where healing feels both safe and attainable. My goal is for clients to leave each session with practical tools and deeper insight to support lasting change.
Drawing from client-centered, psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical Behavior (DBT), and mindfulness-based frameworks, I tailor each session to meet clients exactly where they are, helping them cultivate insight, self-compassion, and emotional resilience.
I specialize in trauma and abuse recovery—including narcissistic abuse, inner child work, and grief and loss counseling—with an additional focus on animal-related grief. I believe that healing from our past isn’t about erasing it but transforming it into wisdom and self-awareness. I’m committed to helping clients move beyond survival and step into a life defined by emotional clarity, empowerment, and self-trust.
